Summary0003273: 6.4.3.2 Read Raw Functionality conflicting/incomplete statements
Description

CMPWG Jan-21-2016:

The same statement is made twice, but the message is not consistent.

In section 6.4.3.2 paragraph #2 you will find this text:
"If all three are specified then the call shall return up to numValuesPerNode results going from startTime to endTime, in either ascending or descending order depending on the relative values of startTime and endTime"

In paragraph #4 you will find this text:
"If a startTime, endTime and numValuesPerNode are all provided and if more than numValuesPerNode values exist within that time range for a given Node then only numValuesPerNode values per Node are returned along with a continuationPoint"

The ContinuationPoint is of focus here. The first quote should describe this requirement, assuming we even need the duplicated text.

Combine into one thought and make it a "shall" for the return of the continuation point.

Fixed in Part 11 Draft 0

Text was combined in the first paragraph and edited to use the shall terminology.

There is no entry in 1.03 errata for this issue (and there doesn't need to be).
