The Variance and SD aggregates use no bounds. The table describing them is incorrect.

Fixed in Part 13 Draft 0

The specification was incorrect in listing use Simple bounding values. The tables for these aggregates (Table 48, 49, 50, and 51) have been changed to not use bounding values.

Added to errata 1.03.4
