Description

There is mismatch in modificationInfo member order in specification (part11) and https://opcfoundation.org/UA/2008/02/Types.xsd

The field Username is first in the spec but last in the .xsd.

Most clients decodes as per .xsd and most servers encode as per .xsd. I recommend to reorder the spec to match the .xsd.

required an errata entry.
