Summary0003241: Alarm System Diagnostics
Description

Define a structure (VariableType) that would provide the information that IEC 62682 is looking for as diagnostic information. It would be up to the server implementer to determine which objects include an instance of this variable (i.e. summary on the server level, summary on an Area, on an Object.....)

An initial list of diagnostic could include:
Both the peak and average alarm rates (10 minute intervals, 1 hour, 1 day)
total alarms
alarm flood summaries (duration, count of alarms, peak rate, number of floods)
Stale Alarms (in alarms for 24 hours or more)
Chattering Alarms (3 or more in a minute)
