Description

Table A13 in part 10, version 1.03.02 specifies the type of FailureDetails to be Long. This does sound correct. String expected. Furthermore, Table A14 says data type node ID to have value Double, while table A13 speaks about Long.

Fixed datatypes and replaced Table A.14 by description of the variables.

(note that this is just an example and a download program could return other or more variables as result)
