Summary	0003300: The spec says that the StandardDeviation and Variance aggregates use Simple bounding but the example data has no bounding values
Description	The spec says that the StandardDeviation and Variance aggregates use Simple bounding in the Aggregate summary tables, Table 48, 49, 50, and 51. However, the example data shown in A.35.2, A.36.2, A.37.2, and A.38.2 show results calculated when no bounding values are used. Are these aggregates supposed to use Simple bounding values or not? Something in the spec needs to change.

Rod Stein 2016-11-09 22:56 developer ~0007308	Fixed in Part 13 Draft 0 The specification was incorrect in listing use Simple bounding values. The tables for these aggregates (Table 48, 49, 50, and 51) have been changed to not use bounding values. Added to errata 1.03.4
